River Pointe also has 10 acres of common area with 250 feet of river frontage.

To visit the riverfront common area veer right at the Walnut tree with the crooked branch marked by the Potawatomi Indians down the gravel road through the trees and cattails to the St. Joseph River. Here you can dock your boat, sip from the natural spring water fountain, swing on the bench, play volleyball, make a bonfire and fish for trout.

Golf carts welcome.
