River Pointe sits on 1,435 feet of frontage on the St. Joseph River, with 250 feet dedicated to common area. This wide stretch of river allows for nine navigable miles connecting to the 600 acre Lake Chapin. Common activities include boating, water skiing, tubing, jet skiing and kayaking. Every year king salmon, pike and steelhead also make their way through the fish ladder into this stretch of river making it prime for fishing.
All homesites have river access and boat dock privileges, only three waterfront lots remain.
